No physical item is shipped.
How delivery works
After payment, you receive access to your digital product. You may see the download on the order confirmation page and/or receive it by email.
Download problems
If you do not receive your download, please check:
- your email inbox
- your spam or junk folder
- the email address used at checkout

File access
You need a device that can open the product file. Most products are made to work on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Wrong email
If you used the wrong email at checkout, contact us with your order information. We will help when we can confirm the order.
